The Role

As a Sales Representative at Polaris Financial, you'll guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives: how to protect their family, income, and future. You'll work alongside experienced agents in a supportive environment built for growth — not pressure.

What you'll do

  • Build and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients through referrals, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
  • Educate clients on life insurance, retirement income, and long-term protection strategies
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow company compliance standards
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • High integrity — comfort with consultative, long-term client relationships
  • Insurance license preferred (we will support unlicensed candidates through licensing)
  • Prior sales, customer service, or financial services experience a plus
